Learning Strategies Coordinators (LSCs)
CCIT's Learning Strategies Coordinators are responsible for teaching, assisting, and supporting full-time and adjunct faculty to incorporate highly effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement and learning.  Our LSCs demonstrate exemplary instructional practices that engage different types of learners and produce high levels of student success. LSCs stay abreast of advances in teaching and instructional support services and implement actions to initiate, coordinate, and expand their use at the college/campus. They develop effective working relationships that encourage other instructors to try new instructional approaches that promote student success. 

The Learning Strategies Coordinator reports to the Director of the Center for Instructional Design and Technology and collaborates closely with the campus Dean of Instruction.  The incumbent works as a colleague with Delaware Tech faculty to guide, assist, and support faculty in implementing highly effective instructional strategies and initiatives led by the Instructional Division and the Center for Creative Instruction and Technology (CCIT).  They provide individualized faculty assistance and group professional development through workshops and credit courses. They facilitate faculty access to state-of-the-art instructional resources to support faculty with implementation of course redesign led by CCIT, expand faculty use of educational technology, and implement initiatives to improve teaching and learning.
