The Blackboard Support Request Ticket lets you request help when you are having a technical issue using Blackboard or any of it's components. Use the request form if you are getting error messages or can not use or see a tool within a Blackboard course. You must be logged into the MyDTCC portal to access the form. If you are having issues logging in to the portal or forgot your log-in and/or password, or just can't wait, please call the toll free phone number above.
