The SMART Learning Suite is software for educators with interactive lesson delivery, collaborative workspaces, game-based activities, formative assessments and more. As an educator, your time in the classroom is precious so why not fill it with more teachable and engaging moments possible.

How to get the SMART Learning Suite

Male holding an iPad in front of a large displayAs a part of our new licensing agreement with SMART Technologies, students and staff are now entitled to download the most recent version of SMART Notebook on your personal computer at no charge.

Download Instructions:
This is a great piece of technology. In order to download SMART Notebook, please follow these steps to download to your HOME or PERSONAL computer:

  1. Log into MyDTCC and navigate to the the Resources page
  2. Locate the “Employee Tools” module in the right column
  3. Click on “Tech Support”
  4. Click on the text “Submit Ticket”  button
  5. Click on Employee Technology Support
  6. Fill out the request form with “Smart Notebook” as the Request Subject
  7. Under “Description of Problem,” type; Request Smart Notebook access
  8. You will receive an email sent to your DTCC email address with instructions on downloading and installing Smart Notebook along with confirmation of access to login to the Smart Notebook software
  9. Once you’ve downloaded and installed the software, you can login from within the software under the Account tab on the main menu using your DTCC email address.

Download the software and install then you will login to the software under the Account tab on the main menu using your email address. During your first login, you will be prompted to select a display name for your account. Type your name in as you want it to be seen by your class.  A popup will show asking if you want to use your Google account or Microsoft. This is to authenticate your login. Doesn’t really matter which one you pick; either will work.

Smart Notebook Apple Store iconSMART Notebook for iPad is a light version of the SMART Notebook collaborative learning software. Using this app, you can both use and edit SMART Notebook lesson activities for individual and collaborative learning with an iPad. You can even connect your iPad with a SMART Notebook Desktop, see below. You can download the iPad SMART Notebook by selecting the link below.

SMART Notebook Maestro Add-On
