If you have questions about your course, always start by contacting your instructor. If you experience an issue with D2L Brightspace, use the support resources below.

  • 24/7 Phone Support: Need help after hours? Contact D2L Brightspace support at 1-877-325-7778.
  • IT Support: Visit Delaware Tech’s IT Support Center to learn about virtual and in-person IT support. This page will also allow you to open a tech support ticket, if necessary.
  • Lumi Chat: While logged into D2L Brightspace, use the icon in the bottom corner to access chat support.

If you’re having issues accessing D2L Brightspace, use the Status Monitor to determine whether D2L’s systems are operational.
