Final Grades On-Line Submission
Timing is extremely critical due to end-of-term processing that occurs directly following the closing of final grades. If there are changes or updates, please complete the necessary forms and submit to the Dean’s of Instruction Office.

NOTE: Assigning a “U” grade also requires one of two additional entries.
– For a “No Show,” please place a “0” (zero) in the “Attend Hours” column.
– For a “Last Date of Attendance,” please place a date in the “Last Attend Date” column.
